We deliver to all cities and governorates across Egypt, including:

  • Alexandria & Coastal Cities
  • Delta Regions
  • Upper Egypt & Remote Areas

2Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–5 business days
  • Alexandria & Canal Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or for oversized items.

3Shipping Fees

Shipping fees depend on:

  • Your delivery location
  • Size and weight of the product
  • Special handling required for fragile or oversized décor items

4Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or tracking details (if available).
  • Orders containing oversized lighting or furniture may require additional preparation time.

5Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the courier is unable to reach you, re-delivery fees may apply.
  • Please ensure your phone number and address are entered correctly at checkout.

6Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Send us clear photos within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.
