Refund Policy

1Return Eligibility

For a return to be accepted, the item must be:

• In its original condition, exactly as received.
• Unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.
• Returned with its original packaging, including all accessories.
• Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

For handmade artwork (Handmade Portraits):

Since these are unique hand-painted pieces, returns are accepted only if the item is in perfect original condition with no damage.

2Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.
• Custom-made or special-order products.
• Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

3Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

4Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds are issued within 5–14 business days depending on the payment method.
• Refunds are processed using the same payment method used at checkout (Paymob, credit/debit card, wallet, bank transfer).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the error is from our side.

5Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Please send clear photos within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• We will replace the item at no cost, or issue a full refund including shipping fees.
